Return & Refund Policy

At Daniel’s Outdoor Company, we want you to be happy with your outdoor gear. If something is not right with your order, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

30-Day Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

✔ Unused and in new condition
✔ In the original packaging
✔ Complete with all parts, manuals, tags, and accessories
✔ Not damaged, altered, or used outdoors

Returns requested after 30 days from delivery may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Please include:

✔ Your order number
✔ The item you want to return
✔ The reason for the return
✔ Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Do not send items back without contacting us first. We will provide return instructions if your return is approved.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If the return is due to our error, such as a wrong item or damaged product, we’ll help resolve the issue at no extra cost to you.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, missing parts, or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We may offer a replacement, refund, or other solution depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

✔ Used, worn, washed, or damaged items
✔ Items missing original packaging or parts
✔ Final sale or clearance items
✔ Gift cards
✔ Personalized or custom items
✔ Items damaged from misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear
✔ Health, hygiene, or personal-use products where applicable

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

We do not guarantee direct exchanges due to changing inventory availability. The fastest way to get a different item is to return the original item, then place a new order once your return is approved.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled only before they are processed or shipped. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled and must go through the return process.

Lost or Missing Packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors, household members, your local carrier, and the delivery location first.

If the package still cannot be located, contact us and we’ll help you review the next steps.
